A: The Dragon Who Cried Wolf is a Genshin Impact fanzine project featuring the ship Wriothesley x Neuvillette. The Dragon Who Cried Wolf is an unofficial fan production and is in no way affiliated with miHoYo.

Q: Are you still shipping to the EU with their new regulations? 

A: The option to purchase The Dragon Who Cried Wolf is still there for customers within the EU, however The Dragon Who Cried Wolf advises these customers to purchase at their own discretion as there is no guarantee that the products will arrive due to the new regulations. The Dragon Who Cried Wolf is not responsible for packages lost in shipping/customs. 

Q: Why is shipping to Canada so expensive? 
A: Due to the ongoing Postal Strike in Canada, we would have to send items via UPS instead of USPS. This is significantly more expensive so we unfortunately had to raise the prices to reflect what we would have to pay. 

Q: When do pre-orders close?
A: Pre-orders will close on November 30.

Q: When is The Dragon Who Cried Wolf expected to ship?
A: All The Dragon Who Cried Wolf orders will ship in 2026. Digital goods will be delivered at the same time.

Q: Where does The Dragon Who Cried Wolf ship from?
A: The United States.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: The Dragon Who Cried Wolf will ship physical orders anywhere that USPS ships. Please note that buyers will be responsible for any customs or import charges that may be incurred on international orders.

Q: Do you ship to the EU?
A: We accept EU physical orders through the standard storefront, however buyers will be responsible for any VAT charges or processing that may be incurred.

Q: Do you ship to the UK?
A: Yes, The Dragon Who Cried Wolf does ship to the Uk. However, The Dragon Who Cried Wolf is not responsible for items that are held in customs for an extended period of time. 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS:

Q: What is the return policy?
A: All sales are final.

Q: What if my order is lost or damaged?
A: The Dragon Who Cried Wolf will replace or refund items that are lost or damaged due to fulfillment team error, such as mislabeled addresses or mispackaged items. The Dragon Who Cried Wolf will not be responsible for any items that are lost or damaged due to customer error, such as providing the wrong address, or negligence by shipping carriers.
